Q. How long have you been in business?

A.We have been in business since 1978, the oldest in all of Southern California under the same ownership.

A. We service all of Los Angeles County, Ventura County/Conejo Valley and Orange County since 1978. 

Q. What differentiates you from your competitors?

A. We are a family owned business, so when you walk in to our stores we treat you like family. Our stores are authorized dealer for all of the highest quality products in the industry at a Guaranteed low price. We carry the largest selection of outdoor barbecues, fireplaces, fireplace mantles, kitchen appliances and mailboxes. Our staff is also highly knowledgeable and friendly. 

Q. Do you have certified installers/Contractors that are licensed? 

A. We have two California Contractors licensed technicians in our staff and have all of the NFI certifications .

Q. How are your prices so competitive? 

A. We have a 20,000 square foot warehouse that gives us the advantage of have buying power, to get the cost per item at the lowest price. Therefore we competitively price our merchandise. 

Q. Do you offer special discounts for Contractors or Designers?

A. Yes, we offer special discount for architects, engineers, contractors, interior designers and landscapers. 

Q. Do you have live burning fireplace and barbecues on display?

A. In our Woodland Hills store, we have over 20 fireplaces live and burning on display. We have two built-in barbecues and three portable barbecues live and burning to show customers how to use there new barbecues and how to maintain it.  In our Thousand Oaks store, we have over 15 fireplaces live and burning on display. We have two built-in barbecues and two portable barbecues live and burning to show customers how to use their new barbecue and maintain it properly.
