 DCS BFG30BSN Liberty Natural Gas Side Burner And Sink Built In: This built-in DCS Liberty Side Burner and Griddle unit features two 17,000 BTU side burners, a sink that can be hard plumbed or portable (garden hose), 9 volt battery ignition and comes with 2 flat, stainless steel covers which cover the surface area. Cutout dimensions (in inches): 28 1/2 W x 22 3/4 D x 10 1/8 H.

The Grease Management System (36" and 48" grills only) 
DCS's unique Grease Management System features heavy duty cast stainless steel u-channeled cooking grids that angle slightly toward the front of the grill. This design allows the excess grease, that normally falls down to the burner causing flare-ups, to instead drain away from the flames and into the drip tray for easy disposal.
